Reservations, changes & refunds
Make a reservation
A new Iberia reservation begins with the airline’s booking site or its published sales contact.
- Prepare travel dates, airports and passenger details.
- Confirm total charges and fare conditions with the seller.
Change an existing trip
Changes to a Iberia itinerary depend on the ticket issuer and applicable conditions.
- Find the seller on the ticket confirmation.
- Ask separately about cancellation, a replacement journey and any refund request.
Eligibility, fare differences and fees are determined by the airline or ticket seller. A general reservations contact is not a separate refund hotline.
